The son in law is a body builder and turned me onto these. They are excellent omegas, great fiber and fight hunger. Google and read up. They are worth the effort.

I've been wondering about them. My work cafeteria started offering them in our oatmeal bar. I tried it one day - they didn't have much taste, but I didn't know what they were. Thanks for the info.

How do you use them? Are their recipes, or do you just add them to cereal, smoothies, etc?

Well they do contain ALA, but unfortunately the conversion of ALA to EPA/DHA is inefficient in humans, so I wouldn't look to Chia seeds for getting int you Omega 3's

I added them to my quinoa when it was almost done cooking. I like them.
