    I'm out in the Fraser Valley and I love to run. Sadly :( I'm not allowed right now while my knee heals from a car accident I had back in November. Hopefully soon!! I would be starting back at beginner level.

    Out in the Fraser Valley. Was running 3 years ago up to 10k (wish I could do that again). You look like you're in great shape--I'd be like the fat kid in the railroad bridge scene in 'Stand by Me' trying to keep up! :sad:

    Always wanted to run along the seawall. Love Vancouver!!

    I'm in Kamloops, but headed to Van in August for the Seawheeze 1/2 marathon!! It looks soo fun, check it out!!

    oh but you know I am ... 1/2 is my preferred distance as I take at least 15 minutes just to warm up and get in my groove. Back in the day actually posted a 1:48 for a 1/2; ah those were the days. i'm on track for a 2:10 this spring, but will keep the training going and try to get back to a 1:55.
