Women's Protien help please

Hey, ok so let me tell you a little of what I've been doing. I work out at least 5 days a week. My routine is...

Running 6.0 for 3 miles, twice a week
Eliptical anywhere from 30-45 mins 2-3 times a week along with
20 minutes of weight machines- 2-3 times a week

I don't know if I should up my protien or not, what do you think right now its at 70

I'm 22 years old, 155lbs and 5'10''

    I aim for a gram of protein for every pound I weigh. If you're trying to lose, I would go with a gram for every pound you WANT to weigh. :)
