New to this site

First let me say the site is great. This is my first post, I'm 46 well past out of shape. Last October I decided to make a change. I weighed 261 pounds. I'm 5-10. I currently weigh 246. I'm working out five times a week mostly treadmill and spliting upper and lower body the rest of the time. I've been staying under my suggested calories but my carbs are lower than suggested and my protein is way high. My goal is 190. I am losing weight but I'm concerned if I'm doing it properly.

workouts look like this M-W-F 3 sets 8-10 reps
bench
military press
seated row
peck deck
preacher seat

T-Th
Squats
leg curl
leg extension

I do 30 minutes on the treadmill after each workout.
