Am I sedentary or lightly active?

I work a part time job at an arcade, which means I'm on my feet most of the time when I'm working. At work, I usually clean, give out food at parties, do caricatures of the kids, and take care of the costumers. But that's only for 21 hours, on average, a week. The rest of the time I'm either at school, or cleaning and relaxing at home. So would I be lightly active or sedentary?

I would say lightly active. I am not an expert, just an observer.:flowerforyou:
  • This is the definition of Sedentary:

    1. characterized by or requiring a sitting posture: a sedentary occupation.
    2. accustomed to sit or rest a great deal or to take little exercise.

Since you are on your feet at work, do cleaning at work at home...I would say lightly active.

    Lucy :)
