Question about Legs Shape, Elyptical and Cycling

2 years ago when I dieted the first time and lost 8Kg I exercised mostly by walking and using the elyptical almost every day and in 3/4 months I lost the weight and got a nice body. My legs were toned and narrow.
Time passed and with some changes in my life I stoped doing the elyptical and gained 2 or 3 Kg (wich is basically the reason why I'm here right now - loose some more and be able to maintain) and also lost my fantastic legs shape...
In the mean time I moved out from my parents (where I have the elyptical) and joined the gym but since I'm a bit shy I only do the group classes, like RPM (Cycling/Spinning) and I notice that my legs are not getting the same shape as before. They are getting more bulked and toned but not narrow as before...
It's true that I don't do the gym classes everyday but is it because I'm not on the elyptical? Is the shape of my legs defined by my workout? Should I stop the Cycling/Spinning classes and stop being shy and go to the gym's elyptical more often?
Please, I need some guidance here...:blushing:
Oh and sorry for my bad english. I'm portuguese.

The classes are probably just giving your more muscle definition than the eliptical did, which isn't surprising.
Don't be afraid of "bulked" and toned legs - they're sexier than stick-thin ones!
(especially defined calves + high heels = win!)0 -

thank you,
I guess the volume scares me a bit...I wished they were bulked and toned BUT not this thick
Today I'm wearing skirt and high heels and my calves are getting defined by now, so ...thanks alot for the compliment!0
