Need to lose 7lb fat and gain 7lb muscle

Hit my target weight today (lost 51lbs) but that's only half a job. Body composition I estimate to be around 14% fat but aiming to get down to 10%. By my reckoning that means losing 7lb in fat and gaining 7lb in muscle.
Any advice with regards to training and nutrition and how best to go about achieving this? Wouldn't mind hearing some opinions.
