Hi Everyone,
My name is Jennifer. I joined MFP a few months ago but really didn't utilize the tools here and I'm still the same weight when I started. For the past couple of weeks I have been journaling everything but I figured I should log it on here since it will give me a real idea of what I am eating calorie wise. I am a stay at home mom with 2 girls, 4 years old and 7 months old. My husband is out of state working and part of my surprise for him is when he sees me he will notice my change. The other reason I am getting back on this is I have a highschool reunion coming up and I was a jock in highschool. I hate being 40 pounds overweight and I can't use the I had a baby excuse much longer. She is now 7 months old. I am happy that I have been hitting the gym but I am really ready to take this to the next level. I look forward to meeting you all.
