P90X2 How do you log it?

Did the P90X2 X2 Core workout - 45 mins and sweating - lots of improvement scope but enjoyed it and did better than I thought I would.

How do you log it calorie wise? As circuit training like the 30 DS? Or different?
I don't have a HRM and am worried it'll appear too much calories given the rest periods.
