I'm not sure I trust 'em. I would be shocked if I lost weight on 1800 cal/day and maintained on almost 2100

I thought this piece was interesting as well. Basically, it says that all weight loss plans work, you just have to stick to them, and then find a way to transition to a healthier everyday diet once the weight is off.
