Hey everyone. Ive been on here for a month but now I'm looking for friends who have an intolerance/allergy to nutria sweet. It would help getting suggestions from others that have to rely on sugar as well.

Have you tried Stevia? Its a natural sweetener. You could also try Agave Nectar which has a lower Gylcemic Index.0

No not yet. I normally use Splenda since its made forom sugar it doesn't bother me. However reports are now coming out that it's not to healthy either0

Hi I too have this problem. I decided since I drink sweet tea like water that after all the side effects I have had on the "fake" sweetners just to stick with sugar. I cut it in half in my gallon of tea and feel waaay better! I do like the agave syrup on things such as sweet potatoes, oatmeal etc. Good Luck to you. I say if it is not natural my body judt rejects it so portion control is my best bet. 0 0
