Depending on how I'm feeling, like how much I move pretty much, lol, I'll burn anywhere from 400-600 calories in an hour.

not even close, for a low trained individual you'd be lucky to see 600 cal. Most would fall into the 300-600 cal range.

One thing people forget about Zumba is, like with any exercise, you have to push it. Too many times I've gone to class and seen people do half the moves or go through the motions without any real effort...then walk out going o my goodness that doesn't even feel like exercise I cant believe I just burned 500 calories. In my experience if you push it and go full speed the whole hour it's about 500-600 calories

According to the wii, I do between 52 and 95 per song. They do seem to be very long songs :-(
