Hello all,

There are those with questions about when to weigh in, so I thought I'd share what my experience has been. I'm a diligent about inputting all my daily calories & exercises and it's rare that I go over. I eat as many of my exercise calories back that I can, but since my workouts are in the afternoon, my last chance to eat back is dinner & sometimes eating that many calories back is not reasonable if I had a +800 calorie workout in addition to regular calories. Anyway, here's how my body weight typically fluctuates during the week and I hope this helps people understand the way a body works, even if it's just mine. These are the averages over the last 4-5 weeks.

Weigh in day = 0 (reset)
Day 1= +1 lb from weigh in day weight
Day 2= +1-2 lbs from weigh in day weight
Day 3= +2 lbs from weigh in day weight
Day 4= +2-3 lbs from weigh in day weight
Day 5= 0 to +1.5 lbs from weigh in day weight
Day 6= 0 to -1 lbs from weigh in day weight
Day 7= -1 to -2 lbs from weigh in day weight (Record weight & reset)

Feel free to post your 7 day track if you'd like. I just want to point out that these ups and downs are normal on a daily basis, but you will go down overall. Don't freak out if your body bounces back a bit during the week because that's normal.

I've stopped myself from actually recording all days.
Sadly my weigh in day appears to be the +2 day - I lose that and another pound 2-3 days after. And then bounce back up 2 for the next weigh in.
Ah well, but I see progress nonetheless.
Wish I didn't lose it all from my boobs first though...

Yeah, the woman weight loss vs breast reduction is a hot topic for many.
