So I was worried that my scale was a little "off" it didn't match the Wii scale (which I don't always trust either) but my brother said that the Wii scale was closer to his scale at work (he works at a company that does a lot of shipping and stood on the shipping scale) was closer to the Wii scale. Also the scale would change weights if I weighed myself twice in a row. So last night I bought a new one.
The scales are 8lbs different, with the new one putting me 8lbs to the lighter side. While this is exciting, should I trust it?
PS - I know about the scale being not the only measure and all that but when you have as much to lose as I do, the scale is your best measure until you get to the point where I can gain muscle and tone.
