Water Benefits

As an insomniac, I lay in bed thinking about the most random things. Last night it was the benefits of water. Now, I've always been a big water drinking, until I had my 2nd monster and for some reason my water intake became half. I'm working on getting that back. Anyhoo....I decided last night I would look up what websites have to say about the benefit of water intake. Here's the Clif Note of my findings:

* Transports nutrients & oxygen into cells;
* Moisturizes the air in lungs;
* Helps with metabolism;
* Protects our vital organs;
* Helps our organs to absorb nutrients better;
* Detoxifies (every website had this one);
* Protects & moisturizes our joints;
* Healthier Skin;
* Reduces your risk of heart attacks (?);
* Get energized and be alert;
* Stay regular;
* Reduces your risk of decease and infection;
* Regulates your body temperature;
* Burn more fat & build more muscle;
* Get well;
* It helps you lose weight by flushing by-products of fat breakdown; and
* Drinking water instead of liquids that rob your body will enhance sexual performance.

Maybe I should have put that last one 1st? I've also heard it helps fight bad breathe and helps with food cravings. What have you heard?
