Personal training regret

So i signed up for a year of personal training and i have found out that ever since i did that, i have been getting serious anxiety and feeling really regretful that i did, i feel like i cannot afford it and i felt pressured into it.... it's a contract agreement.... what do i DOO! i need help PLEASE

    Check the contract. Is there a grace period to back out? If not, what are the penalties for breaking the contract early?
