Leg/ Butt exercises

I am looking for an exercise routine that will tone my legs in the next 90 days. After gaining 40 lbs in less than 2 months (due to illness) my legs have suffered terribly. I want some shape back to them so they dont look like some fluffy pillows. Through running my calves have shaped up but my thighs look the same. SO please help me with my thunder thighs : )

I have been doing squats and calf raises along with jogging. I'm interested to see what suggestions other people have.0
