Speaking of hair bands, has anyone ever heard of Rocklahoma?

Yes! That would be awesome to go to one day.

I went to the first year (still the best)....

Lets see if I can remember all the bands....

    Faster P-cat
    L.A. Guns
    Enuff Z Enuff
    Ratt
    Dokken
    Vince Neil
    White Lion
Quiet Riot (Dubrow died a few months later, RIP bro!!)
    Skid Row - Bach
    Warrant - Jani (RIP bro!!)
    Queensryche
    Twisted Sister in makeup!!!!
    Jackyl

    Y&T
    Slaughter
    Poison
    Bang Tango
    Firehouse
    Winger
    Britney Fox
    Steelheart
    Great White

Lived off of peanut butter sandwhiches, cold hotdogs, chips and beer for 2 days....One of the best weekends of my life

Oh, that would have been amazing to go to...how could I have forgotten Britny Fox and Steelheart?!?

    This was amazing btw..LOL!

Umm, my fav was always Metallica, back before the switch to short hair and painted black nails  It feels weird classifying them into a "hair" metal band, but on the heavier side:
Iron Maiden, Savatage, Anthrax, Motorhead, Ozzy, Megadeth, Danzig, Pantera, Slayer, Carcass

On the lighter side and alternative:
Cinderella, Tesla, Poison, Jane's Addiction, Dokken, Faster P*ssycat, L.A. Guns, Ratt, Guns n' Roses

I always loved THE SCORPIONS. Good mix of metal and hard hair rock. Nice ballads too!

I've been hearing about Rocklahoma on the radio and I am sure it would be pretty cool to go. Big names they are pushing this year are Rob Zombie, Creed, Megadeth, Queensryche, Theory of a Deadman, etc. Volbeat will be there this year.....I really like their song "A Warrior's Call"....had to add it to my workout playlist.

There are just too many of the "big hair bands" that I like, but I think my favs were Motley Crue, Warrant, Slaughter, Ratt, Bon Jovi, and Guns n Roses.

I am sure some of these count...

Queensryche (with Chris) - still my all time favorite
    Tesla
Metallica (up until the Black album)
    Anthrax
    Fates Warning
    Dream Theater
    Symphony X
    Iced Earth (with Barlow)

Oh hell, I didn't even read the comments really..but yeah, they are..LOL. Just for the record, Dave Mustaine is a douche canoe and I've pretty much lost all respect for both bands. Still enjoy the old stuff tho ;)

We went to Oz fest a few years back and I was amazed at how awesome Iron Maiden was!!
The guy is up there in age but put on an awesome show!!
    RUN TO THE HILLS!!

Iron Maiden is playing at the Sarnia Bayfest this year, we're going to see them.

I promise you will be impressed!!! Have fun chicky

Saw a documentary about Eddie force 1 or something they called the plane but Bruce ****inson flew them to X amount of cities / gigs in X amount of nights, 1 a night for a mental tour. Can't recall the number.

They're not my favs so not on my list but always really came across as able to 'rock a show'.

I saw "Bruce ****inson" on a solo tour, with my ex-husband..........we had backstage passes, and got to meet him..........Loved the way he sang, "All the young dudes!" After that concert, I call him Bruce "The Di**" ****inson!!!!!! NOT BECAUSE HE WAS MEAN!!! Holy gees, when he sat in the chair he had to lift his chin!!!
