I hereby renounce you, as you leave nothing but memory and misery once our warm and toasty buttery moments have passed.

Besides, you are always loafing about, getting baked, and frankly, I need more from my sustenance.

    Coconut and almond flour breads ; ). With generous amounts of real, pastured butter. Life is good!

    Bread always makes me crave sugary foods, definately a no-no for weight loss for me. :)
