I lost 10 lbs. so far!

I am 41 and for the first time in my life I have achieved weight loss with this program. I never thought of myself as a big eater, but once you start tracking your calorie intake, it's kind of a shock. My goal is to lose another 8 to 10 lbs. Not sure if I could do this program in my twenties and thirties, because I liked food and alcohol too much, but as I get older, I find that food just isn't that important to me except for the alcohol on Friday nights (and maybe mid week, too)! Also, I have not worked out at all and still lost the weight, which is nice because I am kind of lazy. I highly suggest you try this. I've been losing about 1 to 2 lbs. a week even with going over my calorie count a little bit here and there.
