Is there a way to account for the extra calories I need while nursing? I know I could just add them in myself but I don't know how much fat, carbs, protien, etc to add... I

    I think if you just add a 500 calorie (or however much you're estimating) exercise labeled "breastfeeding", the fat/carbs/protein should balance out in your totals.
