New to myfitnesspal

Hi I am Stephanie and I am working on getting into shape and feeling great about myself. A friend told me about this so I signed right up. What a great tool when used. Any helpful ideas on losing weight would be great. I have 3 girls, sam 8, mandy 6, hannah 3 and have gone from 145lbs to 123lbs since having kids and being married ( 7 years). I want to make sure that I get healthy and stay healthy before I have any problems because of my weight. I want to make sure I am around for my kids and I want to be able to do everything with them ( swimming, biking, ect.) without feeling like everything is showing or shaking. :):smile:
