So, my husband started to talk about the Kettleworx system and was really excited about it. I searched and looks like there was a thread a few months back but not much information.

Looking for some pros and cons from REAL people about the system....

Thanks!

I have it. I was nice and sore after the first few workouts but then I stopped for no real reason besides laziness. I like to run and hate to do strength training.

It is a nice quick workout. The only drawback for me is the copy and paste of videos into the workouts. For example, they use the same clip from one day's workout and plug it into another.

I need to start it back up.

I did a KW/Zumba combo for quite some time and it was great! I started with a 5 lb., then went to 7 and finally 10 lbs. It was the thing that made people say "Wow! How much weight have you lost?". In 25 minutes I would be sweating buckets on a lot of the routines. The nice thing about it is that if you get too used to it, you can just transition to a higher weight.

I'm now finishing the TurboFire schedule. It has been OK - my cardiovasular health is much better, but I can tell I need to start using the KW again. I think I'm going to creat my own KW/Zumba/TF schedule.
