chain restaurants info

I'm sure this has been brought up, but what do you all do when you order from a chain and it's not on here.

I am ordering a pizza from an italian place tonight and i called to see if they had the nutritional info available and they don't. i can't put it in ingredient by ingredient because i don' t know what they are using. every time this happens i just use another generic restaurant and call it even..but is there a better way??
