Yummy Smoothie!

Just got home from the gym and made myself a smoothie for lunch. Pretty rad.

1 cup Dole frozen ready-cut strawberries
1 medium size banana
1/2 cup Silk Almond Milk
8 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons Bell Plantation powdered peanut butter
Ice

Blend and ENJOY!

    Mine consists of

    1 cup strawberries

    1 scoop whey protien (Vanilla or Chocolate)
    1 scoop Carnation instant non fat dry milk
    ice

    334 Calories
    54 carbs
    2 fat
    28 protien

    I'll add yogurt sometimes for a smoother smoothie. I like the peanut butter idea. I'll have to try that.
