I'm just curious - am I alone in my complete and utter hatred for level 3 of Ripped? I've done all of 30DS and the first two levels of Ripped and can honestly say I never dreaded the workouts before until this one. I don't think there is a single move in this level I enjoy. Curious if others feel the same, and if not, is there a level you dread?

I've only done level one so far and I'm getting comfortable so I SHOULD move to level 2, but I'm a little afraid to for that exact same reason! :ohwell:

Just moved to level three this week, and am only doing the workout 3 days a week, and it kicked my butt... Which is good cause i was feeling like although there are a few moves in one and two that are somewhat challenging, i basically keep up with the advanced girl. however in level three, nope i am with the beginner girl! Hope to see results!!
  • I just moved to level 4 three days ago!! I hated level 3 as well. It's worth it to keep going!!! Level 4 is difficult as well, but I was prepared thanks to level 3. Hang in there:)

I think my problem with level 3 is all the "legwork" kills my knees. So I dread the knee aches, plus I just don't find it fun. Not that workouts should all be a blast, but all I look forward to when I turn it on is getting it over with.

I actually think I prefer the full hour of Extreme Shed and Shred over level 3 of Ripped! I'm anxious to see how level 4 goes today.
