Natural Water Pill-Herburetic

I've posted earlier that in the past week or so I have been spending A LOT more time on my feet than I have in the past 4 yrs. I weigh over 300 lbs. I have started retaining fluid in my ankles and calves. Went to the pharmacy today and the pharmacist recommended a natural diuretic called Herburetic by KAL. Has anyone used this, what have your results been? I'm in the middle of switching doctors and it is difficult for me to get to one right away so I'm trying this for right now. I have noticed that after I keep my legs up for a while the swelling goes down. I have no other symptoms.
