I'll have to check these waffles out. Kashi is a good brand.0

I am NOT a huge Kashi fan, but the waffles are pretty good!

Kashi waffles are really good.
Put a1/4 C of blueberries in a cup or small bowl and add 1/4 C of sugar free pancake syrup (I like Cary's). Microwave for 30-60 seconds until everything is bubbly and the blueberries burst. Pour over waffles. Yum. Adds 50 very worthwhile calories.
I've used strawberries too.0 -
Kashi waffles are very tasty. I prefer the original and add my own fruits if I want them. This way it is a little less calories than having the dried fruits in them. I can't have dried fruits anyways because I have a yeast and mold food allergy. I am not sure I can even have the waffles any longer I just recently found out about my allergy. However, I have had them in the past and they are very good.0
