Anyone ever strain their adductor?

Hi MFPers!
Just curious if anyone else out there has ever injured their adductor/groin muscle. I hurt my leg on Wednesday and it is KILLING me! Just wanted to hear from others out there who have overcome similar injuries. Would love to hear how long it took for you to recover and get back into full swing.
