I've been using MFP since January. Initially lost 7lb in less than two weeks. Now I've been stuck for the most part. This is week 7 and I'm only down a total of 9lbs. However I have been losing some size so that is helping keep me motivated. Started working out more too and I think that is where my problem is. Having a very hard time eating enough calories. I wasn't a huge eater as it was and that has been why its so hard for me to lose weight. That and when I do eat its late evening :(

    i avoid the scales a mirror and a tape measure tell you so much more
