ALCOHOL

I'm one of those people who enjoys a drink (I'm a student), and there has been many a time when I've been worse for wear because of drinking on an empty stomach. How can I drink AND not go over my calories? I'd drink low-calorie drinks such as gin, but even one of those is around 100cals. I don't even want to THINK about a beer.

How can I get round this?

I'm with ya'. It sucks, but there is no way around it. Just remember that you need your nutrition. Eat before you drink, and then you can drink that night until you reach your max calories. I know that's not much, but it's the only thing you can do. I wanted a drink last night, so I had a light dinner and save enough calories for 2 drinks....but then...since alcohol lowers you inhibitions (sp?)...I ended up eating gardettos. Talk about diet killer!

I also have a hobby of brewing beer, and I LOVE doing it. I have had to put it on the backburner because I can't drink it!
