Anyone good at guestimating calories (luncheon at work)?

We are having a luncheon at work... I'm doing my best to keep up with logging everything; but, I'm not good at guestimating (yet)...

Anyone wanna venture how many cals this plate set me back? I'm not gonna stress over the rest of the nutritional information; but, would be nice to have an estimate of calories if nothing else... ('n yeah ~ I took a pic so I could look it all up one item at a time when I get home tonight - if needed... *smiles*)

Thanks!

You should make this is a game, and post the results at the end of the night.

I will assume that's a regular sized dinner plate (not a little side plate)

Here's my estimate, I'll go a little on the high side

    Fruit - ~50 Cal
    Veggies ~40 Cal
    Egg thing - ~110 cal
Can you tell me what that was in the middle? I'm guessing develled eggs with mayo, but there is a green tinge, so I can't tell if it's the picture or a healthy veggie substitute.

My over guess is only about 150 calories. I didn't think that was too bad.

Depending on what is in the deviled eggs I would say between 175 and 225

Taking photos for future reference when you are eating out is a habit I have gotten into and it does work.

That plate of food looks great and not calorific at all! I would stab at 200 calories.

^ I think this is a very reasonable range. And that looks like a very healthy snack for what it's worth.

    Many thanks y'all!

It is a regular sized plate.
I'm not sure what's in the deviled eggs; but, it tastes pretty basic. I'll ask the girl that made them to be sure.
    Thx again ~ y'all rock! :)

Thanks for breaking it down like that pdworkman! I'm hoping to get better at whipping up numbers like that in time... There are some things I eat often enough that I have added to my custom foods; but, still new enough at using this site that I don't have a lot saved up ('n I'm still pretty horrible about how to guess how many ounces, etc...)

...oh 'n my co-worker said the eggs had: "Mayo, Mustard, pickled relish and seasoning". So yeah pretty standard ('n sure tasted good, especially since I haven't had deviled eggs since Thanksgiving! *smiles*)

After reading all the responses, I went back and grabbed another plate (not quite as full; but, close) for my afternoon snack! :)

Thanks again to everyone for your input and encouragement! :D
