Hi my name is Jaclyn. I started out my journey at 249.8 on Jan 22, 2010. I lost 50 lbs that year. I met the love of my life at the end of 2010, got comfortable and gained 30 back. I am back track as of Jan 14, 2012 and I have lost 15.4 since then. My ultimate goal is to be under 150. I will do it this time! i am sick of the way I feel and look. We joined a gym today and I am very excited. My kids will also be working out with us!!
I just have a question. I have been counting calorie and eating. I dont understand the difference in bet calorie and goal calories. Am I supposed to be eating 1230 NET calories or regular??

A lot of people eat their net calories ~ what they are allowed for their daily intake AND what they burn calorie-wise for exercise. I am a goal eater... I try to just eat the calories my goal is set for since I really do not work out much.0
