I currently own an Ab Slide, so I was wondering if it would be worth me going out and spending $30 on the T-Core or will my Ab Slide suffice? Do you have a preference between the two? Are their any other other alternatives you recommend over these two solutions that is say $40 and below?

Don't waste your money. There are better things you can do for your core that don't cost money.

Thanks to google, I can confirm that no.

If the money's burning a hole in your pocket, get a pull-up bar.

Seriously google ab/core/plank exercises and you will be given a slew of workouts to choose from. Most of the equipment like the ab slide or others are not worth the money and you can achieve better results with a varied workout, lifting weights and a good diet...trust me the people doing them on the commercials did not get abs like that from the product. Maybe a good mat to do them on or a swiss ball would be a fine investment, but honestly there are other pieces of workout equipment that may be of more use.

Save your money and continue to use your Ab Slide.
