*sigh* people report topics because it's too much for them to handle, and thus the deletion of most of the more fun topics. :grumble:0

The PC bullsh*t is just way overboard these days. If you dont like something - just move along.
No one gives a *kitten* about your morals, and if you try to push them on me, I'll tell you where to shove them.

Quote from Hillybilly Handfishing- Stick your hand down there. You want something smooth (a fish). If it's furry it's a beaver!0

Folks,
I don't believe the posting guidelines are unclear about sexual innuendo, or about protesting moderator action on the forums.
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/welcome/guidelines
For a little perspective on why we come down like the censor-dispenser sometimes, when you're all having a good time...
Many users tell us about the employer-managed filters on the office web-browswers that sniff out naughty key words that appear during employees' web-surfing. I've actually heard from many members that they get in trouble at work if the systems installed detect certain kinds of language appearing during their web activity. We feel it's a priority to make it possible for all of our users to log their meals and find some encouragement in the public forums, even from work.
In order to allow ALL users fair access to the site during work hours, we try very hard to keep more adult content off of the public spaces. Groups, Blogs, wall posts, etc, are not publicly visible to all users (folks can de-friend people who post stuff they don't want to see, or leave Groups that don't appeal to them). So those spaces are not monitored in the same way. But the forums should be safe for browsing by anybody. At least, that's our take.
So we moderate not only against cruelty to other users, but also if threads get out of hand in the innuendo department, because those threads almost always become explicit if they're not shut down.
Please feel free to form a Group with a "Mature" rating and invite the whole site to join. There is NO guideline against even explicitly sexual language in such a Group. That's why we built the feature a few months back. There ARE places on this site you can have unchaperoned fun. But we'll be here keeping you dancing a foot apart in the Public Forums, love us for it or not :flowerforyou:
Regards,
Steven
