So I just entered the info asked here...
http://www.healthyforms.com/helpful-tools/body-fat-percentage.php
Says I am 19% body fat. Is there a more accurate way to calculate? Or do I just need to break down and schedule my physical that I am overdue for?

I think it would be more accurate to see a doctor about it. I have tried 9 different algorithms for the body fat percentage and all of them came back differently. :grumble:0

Get a health screening at your local gym. they will usually give you one for free.0

Unless there are measurements being taken using calipers, and done by someone who knows what they are doing, I would take the results with a grain of salt.
There was one poster who claimed to have a low body fat percentage when clearly they were WAY off (based on their profile pictures). They did their own measurements and either messed up (repeatedly) or they were given bad information about how to do it.
If you have a gym membership, I'd ask them to do it. If not, go to a local gym and see if they will check you out. Tell them you are considering joining and want to get an idea of what your body fat percentage is!
The most accurate way is full body submersion, but I have no idea how you find a place to do that.0 -
This is the most accurate:

I would have someone professional check it for you.0

I have this scale that does body fat % and is supposed to be really accurate...

I went to that website and entered my info and it only came out 2% away from what it actually is, so maybe it's pretty close anyway0
