Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs question

I have the DVD and i might start it tonight. For those of you who have done this how did you like it? Did you lose inches only in your waist and below? or did it effect everything including your stomach? Also what did you log it as in MFP? and how often did you do it a week? Sorry for all the questions! Any other bits of advice is welcome, Thanks!!
