I'm eating 2-3 apples a day, and usually about 1/4 cup of raisins a day, and these are shooting my sugar intake far beyond MFP's daily goal. Should I be concerned?

No. you are eating, mostly (because of the raisins), natural sugar.

I reset my sugar goals manually. I don't think MFP's are realistic.

If you're not diabetic. no worries, even if you are diabetic, LOL it's probably still OK. Fruit doesn't run my BS up too much. Strangely enough, Milk really shoots my BS up about 40 points. But yes, fructose=good

As long as you have no underlying medical issues and you can fit them in your daily macros you should be fine.
