I'm going to this outdoor concert called bamboozle for about 8 hours in one day. If I'm just outside part wandering part walking part ...loitering (lol) how many calories do you think I will burn? A significant amount?

if you can invest in a pedometer
it really helps
i got one for 20 bucks
and it really gives motivation, especially when you see the numbers going up

IMHO, I wouldn't count that as calorie-burning.:grumble: But have fun!!!:happy:

I bought an Omron pedometer. It's programmed with my age & weight & it tells me how far I've walked & how many calories I burned.
I took it to work & I walked 2 whole miles just doing normal (sedentary I thought!) stuff. You might be surprised.
