Yummy treat 3-2-1

A health/gym teacher that I work with gave me this yummy recipe for sweet cravings thought I would share
Very simple she calls it 3-2-1
3 Tbsp of cake mix, 2 Tbsp water, 1 min to cook:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Tbsp angel food cake mix (duncan hines - I used)
1 1/2 Tbsp any other cake mix that you enjoy
2 Tbsp water
cook for 1 min in the microwave
alter it however you like, she adds sugar free cool whip and strawberries, I just made it plain and it was not bad!!

YUM!!! I do a few tbsp of cake mix in with my almond milk and protein powder, add ice and its a cake batter smoothie mmmmmmm0
