Foods that are HIGH calorie but nutritious

I really struggle with getting my 1400 calories everyday. Idk why but I'm not that hungry, especially with all this water and tea I've been drinking. I struggle getting to 1200 NET on my workout days too. But the bad part that is that when I am 300+ calories under my goal i tend to fill it with stuff i shouldn't have (i.e. 1/2 a slice of cheesecake ). What can I eat that is high calorie but great for me at the same time? (i don't like almonds like that, lol. Please don't say those.)

Nuts and nut butters, full fat dairy, add some olive oil or coconut oil to foods, chia seeds0

lol my first thought was almonds!
peanut butter is good, put a serving on a piece of toast and youre at about 300 cals..
umm avocado, cheese, bacon (all together! lol) full fat dairy/salad dressing etc//
though to be honest, sometimes when im under i just eat some "junk" - chips, cookies, whatever. as long as i stay under my calories and my protein is 100+ im happy.0 -
Also, avocados, lean red meat, Greek yogurt, butter rather than low fat margerine.0

Fruits are good! Bananas tend to have a "lot" of cals! As already said nut butters, and nuts are good. An easy way to fill cals is a protein shake. Adding things like avocados to wraps, chili, etc really bumps up the cal of the meal which can help.0

Haha, yeah i started eating almonds to get my protein and calories up...but i don't like them very much unless i crush them up and put them in stuff.0 -

I've recently fallen in love with Planters nut-rition. I have the wholesome nut mix which is cashews, almonds, and macadamias. They're 200cal/bag and 40mg sodium, which is great because I tend to be under on calories and high on sodium. It isn't a lot of food, either, and it's all preportioned so it's great to add on at the end of the day if you're searching for something.0

As long as you have hit your macros, eat the cheesecake! Keep the calorie deficit, and once your macros are hit, enjoy it!0

Beans are high in calories and nutrition. Just one cup of black beans, red beans, dark red beans, or chickpeas, which are all pretty nutritionally dense, are well over 200 calories. Lentils and black-eyed peas are less calorific.
They're all delicious tossed with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice!0
