I was just curious on what others daily exercise routine is? Or if you even have one...

Mine is as follows:

everyday:
wii fit advanced step for at least 15 minutes (usually 25-30 though)
wii fit yoga, it's simple but its good. usually 5 minutes or so since it only takes 2 minutes per pose.
jackknifes / crunches (20-30)

1 to 2 times a week:
just dance 2 for 20+ minutes, it's a real workout.
wii sports tennis for 30 minutes

i also try to log my walking with my pedometer but i don't always remember to take it with me.

How about you?

Weight training 3 days a week for about an hour each followed by 15 minutes of ab work. Then a couple 45 minute cardio sessions on alternate days. I did 5 rounds of P90X to lose 100 pounds but I still like to use some of the cardio routines to keep the heart strong. they're kinda fun.

Stronglifts 5x5. That is all. 3 days a week, roughly 1 hour per day.

After St. Paddy's I'll go into a cut and things will mix up a lot, going into some bodyrock.tv workouts, a lot of chins/pulls, kettlebell work, and some running.

7 days a week. 5:15 a.m. - 15 to 30 minutes rowing on ERG; 45 - 60 minutes high intensity wii. Total of 70 - 75 minutes every morning. 5:30 p.m. or when I get home later - 15 - 20 minutes rowing on ERG; another 30 - 40 minutes high intensity wii. Walk with dog 1.5 - 2.0 miles every other day as extra workout. Have lost 20 pounds in last 7 weeks doing this. Have added EA Sports Active in place of wii in the evenings every few days (it is a killer workout).

M.T.Th.F- Wii EaSports Active2 25-30mins, currently doing the 9 week challenge (easy level), the game mixes it up every day with different work outs that zone in more on upper or lower body or core depending on the day.

Monday - Friday - Following the Active 2 workout I throw the Fit in and do about 40 mins of the Wii fit workouts.

I use the weekend for recovery and since I'm home working out I don't do it while my fiance is home since he isn't super supportive of my journey right now.
