What's your exercise routine?

I was just curious on what others daily exercise routine is? Or if you even have one...
Mine is as follows:
everyday:
wii fit advanced step for at least 15 minutes (usually 25-30 though)
wii fit yoga, it's simple but its good. usually 5 minutes or so since it only takes 2 minutes per pose.
jackknifes / crunches (20-30)
1 to 2 times a week:
just dance 2 for 20+ minutes, it's a real workout.
wii sports tennis for 30 minutes
i also try to log my walking with my pedometer but i don't always remember to take it with me.

About 3 times a week, I do interval running.
2 times, weight lifting and abs and such
2-3 times, elliptical and/or bike
Walk to class everyday.0 -
Monday, Wednesday Saturday I do tabata on my treadmill the other days consist of p90 sculpt, Kinect ufc trainer, your shape, and 30 day shred for a total 2 hour workout on "my off days"0

Weight training 3 days a week for about an hour each followed by 15 minutes of ab work. Then a couple 45 minute cardio sessions on alternate days. I did 5 rounds of P90X to lose 100 pounds but I still like to use some of the cardio routines to keep the heart strong. they're kinda fun.0

Chalene is energetic w/o being that annoying bubble cheerleader. I can workout at home, which is great for me. I can wear my ugly sweats and not care. :laugh: :laugh:0 -

I feel lame compared to the rest of you but here it goes:
Everyday my dog and I walk for at least 30 minutes, and then I go another 15-30
3-4 times per week I do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred
And that is it for now. I am not fit yet so I can't do too much but I am working on doing more0 -

::Advanced Hula
Just Dance three for atleast 1,200 sweat points

Stronglifts 5x5. That is all. 3 days a week, roughly 1 hour per day.
After St. Paddy's I'll go into a cut and things will mix up a lot, going into some bodyrock.tv workouts, a lot of chins/pulls, kettlebell work, and some running.0 -

Taekwondo class 3 - 4 days a week (45 - 60 minute class each - sometimes a double class on Wednesday)
Running 25-40 minutes 3 - 4 days a week (I'm in week 5 of a couch to 5K program and have been bitten by the running bug).0 -
3 day curves circuit for 30 mins each day
3 days ease into 5k for 30 mins each day

I walk 6kms most days, with some bursts of jogging in that.
2-3 times a week I do the 100 Challenge:
• 100 jumping jacks
• 90 crunches
• 80 squats
• 70 leg lifts
• 60 jumping jacks
• 50 crunches
• 40 squats
• 30 leg lifts
• 20 jumping jacks
• 10 supermans0 -
3x a week interval aerobics class at the gym and
occasional 30 minute walks on the alternate days.
(when the weather is better, i go out walking more, but winter is hard for walks.)0 -
I try to do the gym about 5-6 days a week. By Sunday i'm exhausted.

Tuesday- Kick boxing class

4x a week interval training, 2x week circuit class, 2 x week kettle bell training and also latin dancing 2x a week. busy busy0

Bodyrock/HIIT on non-lifting days.

7 days a week. 5:15 a.m. - 15 to 30 minutes rowing on ERG; 45 - 60 minutes high intensity wii. Total of 70 - 75 minutes every morning. 5:30 p.m. or when I get home later - 15 - 20 minutes rowing on ERG; another 30 - 40 minutes high intensity wii. Walk with dog 1.5 - 2.0 miles every other day as extra workout. Have lost 20 pounds in last 7 weeks doing this. Have added EA Sports Active in place of wii in the evenings every few days (it is a killer workout).0

Friday-Sunday = Either a work out dvd, piloxing or weights.

M.T.Th.F- Wii EaSports Active2 25-30mins, currently doing the 9 week challenge (easy level), the game mixes it up every day with different work outs that zone in more on upper or lower body or core depending on the day.
Monday - Friday - Following the Active 2 workout I throw the Fit in and do about 40 mins of the Wii fit workouts.
I use the weekend for recovery and since I'm home working out I don't do it while my fiance is home since he isn't super supportive of my journey right now.0
