OK well I've been consistently logging in for 2 months because my friend (who I introduced to MFP) got me to get back on and so far I've lost 11 pounds. I'm trying to lose 70 (ugh hate seeing that in print). I am trying to switch over to a primarily whole foods diet for various reasons, including stupid kidney stones and allergies, but there are some processed foods I won't give up, like dairy or bread. I practice yoga and walk outside when the weather is nice.

I use MFP along with my fitbit which is indispensable. So please feel free to add me if you want. :-)
