What were your results with the 30 day shred?

I started it on Wednesday. Unfortunately I was unable to do day 2 yesterday, however I did level 2 today to make up for it. I don't intend on missing any other days..

What did you think of the shred? Did you lose lbs/inches? If so, how much?

    If you looks at my pics I took a before pic,level 2 pic, and level 3 pic. I lost about 12lbs but I didn't measure myself.
  • I didn't do it consecutively. I walked/jogged on the days I didn't do it. I completed it in 45 days and during that time I lost 18lbs & 23 inches (arms, legs, bust, waist, hips). I'm doing Ripped in 30 now and hope to see some more progress! Keep it up, you will definitely notice changes!
