Any other Vegans who are dieting?

I'm vegan but have been having a hard time losing 10-20 lbs. I have found that counting calories is going to be the only way for me to lose weight. Are there any other vegans who are dieting? I haven't found many low calorie vegan foods that are satisfying.

I eat a lot of veg meals. Love soups, bean wraps, homemade bean burgers (use mashed beans and vital wheat gluten, spices). I also love a tofu sandwich. Press out the moisture and saute slices in a little olive oil til browned. then add a flavoring...I love 1/2 tsp peanut butter, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil mixture. Then heap on sprouts and whole wheat bread. Eat smaller portions and make sure you are eating lots of veggies with lunch and dinner. Good luck
