last night and came across a woman holding a shake weight in her hands. I didn't stick around long enough to see if it was the model with the cooling mist. LOL, I had to get out of there cuz I was starting to laugh. That South Park episode was awesome.
Seriously, do those things really work? I don't know if anybody here will admit to owning one but I've always been curious.

I've read several posts where people are being serious in their love of shake weights...mostly women. However, like you, I can't look at a shake weight the same after watching that Southpark episode.0
