    Dude deja vu. Get a HRM. Even if someone told you what they burned, your size difference and effort changes everything. IT's not going to help you at all.

    I think it's *kind of* like shoveling snow, but not as heavy...so that might be overestimating. I'd say it's more like sweeping or vacuuming, in terms of energy.
