Just want to say
This site is so awesome! Even if you just lurk, like I mostly do, you can learn so much from all the members! Not only which foods are great, or how to use them, but how to mix in excersie and how to eat or should I say when to eat! It really helps to fine tune the new life style choices we make to be healthier. My lesson learned this week, try to eat more of you calories for breakfast and lunch and less for dinner which works good for me because I am not a big eater in the evenings. Trying to eat my excesice calories is hard so now I mark my excersie off in the am, even if I dont do it till after work and I can better plan my day food wise. Most of the info we get from other memebers isnt really info we can get anywhere else! I love you guys!

Hey! I do this too, I plan what I'm going to do at gym because otherwise it's impossible to eat exercise calories or plan properly, although if I burn 500 or so cals at gym I do sometimes feel like my whole evening meal is a cheat but it isn't and I am losing weight so I won't argue!! :flowerforyou:0 -

Hahaha me too! Get with the programme people!!! Don't question the programme hahaha JK (before I get abuse! hahaha) :bigsmile:0 -
LOL Eat them or dont just dont argue!! hehe. Anyways I upped my breakfast calories by 100 added a non fat yogurt. Everyone is differant andyou have to fine tune your individual plans and figure out what works best for you and your journey. Read up on the boards and listen to what people are saying. You will never find a better board to help a diverse crowd. Thats all I am saying lol. Again thanks for being such a great diverse group!0
