Even though the scale seems to slow (stop) at times, the measurements continue to change. Just sharing my own NSV. In the days I have been seriously working at this since around Jan 1 - with the 28lb loss, neck has changed smaller by 1", waist is down 2.75" and hips down 1.75"! Sleeping better and snoring has all but stopped.
Makes it easier to take the scale getting stuck (to what I think it should be doing) when you look at the "bigger picture" (pun intended)!
