NVS +measuring tape!

WOW! after feeling a little down this week as i havent lost any weight i decided to measured myself and wow! in total (since the 4th of jan) i have lost *drumroll please*:
2in of my arms,
2in of my waist,
3in of my hips,
2in of my bum,
5in of my belly (across my belly button),
3in of my thigh
and a massive 7inches of my bust! wowser im really happy :D

Anyone else got any NSV for today or this week? xx

    Good for you! I just did my measurements for the last month too and was very pleasantly surprised at how much change I have gotten!
